Registration fees

Registration fees include:

- 2 nights + breakfast (check-in on June 13, check-out on June 15, see options below)

- lunches (June 14 and 15), Dinner (June 14)

- coffee breaks

- notepads, pens etc

- use of the swimming pool (from 8:00 to 20:00)

There are three categories of registration fees:

- Category 1, 250€ all-included flat rate, twin room occupancy only, only for PhD students from ULB, UCLouvain, ULiège, and UMons enrolled at FRS-FNRS Ecole Doctorale PSYCEDUC and/or Ecole Doctorale Neurosciences**

- Category 2, 300€ all-included flat rate, twin room occupancy only

- Category 3, 350€ all-included flat rate, single room occupancy (note that there is a limited number of single room, and we cannot guarantee availability to everybody requesting single room).Please consider booking preferentially twin room)
