It is a residential workshop. The workshop will start on June 14th at 9:00 AM (hence check-in at the hotel is scheduled on June 13, before 23:00) and finish on June 15 at 2:00 PM (check-out in the morning) .

The workshop will take place at "Domein Westhoek". It is located on the Belgian sea coast, 130 km from Brussels.

How to get there, from Brussels?

By train

Take the train to Oostende (about 1h15 to 1h30, depending on the departure train station). Then the 'Kusttram' (De Lijn tramway that follows the coast line), direction De Panne, stop at Oostduinkerke Groenendijk Bad (about 1 hour). Turn left on Noordzeedreef (Domein Westhoek is indicated) and walk 600m. 

By car

Take the highway E40, towards Oostende-Gent (about 90 km). Then the highway E40/A18, towards De Panne (about 25 km). Exit number 3, towards Nieuwpoort (N355, about 5 km). In the vicitinity of the Sunparks, turn left on Polderstraat (with restaurant PALDY on your left). Turn right on Noordzeedreef (Domein Westhoek is indicated). There is a private parking lot right next to the hotel and a bigger one further in the domain, in the area of the apartments. The parking lots are not secured, but the environment is very safe.
